Your account
- Provide accurate information and take responsibility for activity on your account
- Do not use fake accounts to deceive others
Prohibited content
- Illegal goods or services, drugs, weapons, protected wildlife
- Scams, fraud or counterfeit goods
- Harassment, threats or hate speech
- Sexual content, and zero tolerance for any content sexualising minors
- Spam, or violating others' copyright or privacy
Marketplace
- Sales are agreements directly between buyers and sellers; WaoChat is not a party, does not process payments and does not guarantee items
- Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions and prices
- Always inspect items before paying
Reporting and moderation
- You can report users and listings and block users from messaging or calling you
- We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms without notice
Liability
- The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We are not liable for transactions or interactions between users
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Lao PDR
